Informatica Feminale

One of the interfaces between medicine and computer science is the post-processing of clinical data using algorithms as well as the development of software programs for the planning and improvement of treatments.  In the context of the Informatica Feminale at the University of Bremen workshop we give insights into the tasks of a computer scientist in the digital medicine with special focus on image processing and software development.

We will approach the topic from different perspectives and also examine different career pathways. We will do this by impulse talks concerning various topics in digital medicine, exercises in the interactive program “Inside Insight”, and a demo of the image processing software MeVisLab.
