105th Annual Meeting of the German Society of Pathology
Connective (tissue) pathology: What connects us!
The 105th DGP Annual Meeting offers researchers the opportunity to exchange ideas directly and intensively after the last purely digital meetings. The motto of the conference is: Connective (tissue) pathology - what connects us!
The program will focus on bone and soft tissue pathology, but not exclusively. Interdisciplinary keynote lectures will provide impetus in this regard. New WHO classifications have been published and will be discussed not only for bone and soft tissue tumors but also for other organ systems such as the genitourinary system, female genitalia and thoracic tumors. Together with the radiologists, the evaluation of the response to therapy will also be discussed.
The topic of reference pathology will be the subject of a new discussion format, with a special focus on junior staff. Finally, the increasing digitalization, automation and data flood in pathology poses challenges that can only be mastered together.
