Bremer Symposium AI in Health

TALKS | DISCUSSIONS | NETWORKING

In recent years, the federal state of Bremen has placed a strong focus in science on the intersections between artificial intelligence (AI) and health research. In order to promote this development in the discourse between science, politics, business, and society, and to focus in particular on the transformative potential of AI in sustainable healthcare, the Bremen Symposium “AI in Health” was established within the U Bremen Research Alliance (UBRA). This year, the symposium will take place on November 27, 2025. How can artificial intelligence create added value along the entire care chain – from prevention, screening, diagnosis, and treatment to rehabilitation and care? What opportunities and risks does its use in healthcare entail, and what potential does AI have for sustainable and resilient healthcare? Experts from science, technology, and medicine will address these questions and discuss sustainable and resilient solutions to the challenges facing the healthcare sector.
