Fraunhofer Institute for Digital Medicine MEVISThe goal of radiation therapy planning is to identify target and risk structures. Common structures are segmented solely using CT images. In our diagnosis setup, we have combined all patient-specific and available modalities (CT, CBCT, MRI, MRI-perfusion, DWI, MRS, and PET) into demand-driven views using image registration. The fusion of all image information enables more precise segmentation and more accurate therapy plans.
