STEAM Workshop at the MRT-Lab

A new perspective on digital medicine with Taiwanese artist Yen Tzu Chang. Students from the digital medicine specialisation visit the Fraunhofer MEVIS MRI Lab as an extracurricular learning centre and explore techniques ranging from MR imaging to media art.

The scientists explain MR imaging, the physical principles and how it works. The artist leads the interactive workshop in which the students use a visual programming tool to create projections on their bodies with the help of interactive real-time multimedia software.
