Kick-off of Translational Brain Imaging Training Network
The EC-funded "Translational Brain Imaging Training Network" (TRABIT) launched with a kick-off meeting held in Copenhagen on November 20, 2017.
TRABIT is an interdisciplinary and intersectoral joint effort of computational scientists, clinicians, and the industry in the field of neuroimaging. Its aim is to train a new generation of innovative and entrepreneurial researchers to bring quantitative image computing methods into the clinic, enabling improved healthcare delivery to patients with brain disease.
Fraunhofer MEVIS is member of the TRABIT consortium which comprises 19 institutions from seven European countries. TRABIT is currently hiring 15 PhD students throughout Europe.
