Fraunhofer MEVIS is well represented at the Annual Meeting & Exhibition of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) and the International Society for MR Radiographers & Technologists (ISMRT) in Toronto from June 3 to 8, 2023.
In two oral and seven digital poster presentations, researchers from Fraunhofer MEVIS report on current R&D results on magnetic resonance imaging. The presentations cover a wide range of topics.
Oral Presentations:
Digital Poster Presentations:
- High-level and modular description of MRI sequences using domain-specific language (Monday, June 5, Session D-35)
- Change in blood-brain barrier permeability with age – Comparing a physiologically informed biophysical model with a triexponential decay model (Tuesday, June 6, Session D-92)
- Increased blood-brain barrier permeability in response to caffeine challenge (Tuesday, June 6, Session D-92)
- Feasibility study to spatially map the filtration function of the kidneys with multi-TE Arterial Spin Labeling (Tuesday, June 6, Session D-93)
- Towards motion-resolved interleaved radial 23Na/1H magnetic resonance imaging of the human heart at 7 Tesla (Tuesday, June 6, Session D-13)
- U-JET: Preliminary results of a convolutional neural network approach for distortion-free image reconstruction of PROPELLER data (Wednesday, June 7, Session D-183)
- Influence of temporal sampling on reproducibility of radiomics features in cardiac cine MRI (Wednesday, June 7, Session D-74)
The ISMRM is an international, nonprofit, scientific association whose purpose is to promote communication, research, development, and applications in the field of magnetic resonance in medicine and biology and other related topics and to develop and provide channels and facilities for continuing education in the field.
